Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to any paid plan on Comment Pulse. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All transactions are final. Once a subscription or payment is completed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including partial or prorated refunds.

1.1 All Transactions are Final.

Once you complete a purchase for any subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, or Enterprise), the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, non-usage, or technical issues.

1.2 No Partial or Prorated Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or account adjustments for early cancellation or unused portions of your billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings dashboard.

2.2 Access After Cancellation

When a subscription is canceled, the user will retain full access to Comment Pulse until the end of the current billing cycle that has already been paid for.

After the billing cycle ends, access will automatically expire, and no further charges will be applied unless the user resubscribes.

2.3 Credit Handling on Cancellation

Monthly Credits: Any unused monthly credits from the paid plan will be forfeited when your subscription expires.

3. Subscription Renewal

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

3.1 Renewal Charges

Renewal charges will be applied automatically unless an active cancellation is on record before the renewal date.

3.2 User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to monitor your subscription status and cancel before the renewal date if you wish to discontinue service.

3.3 Expiration Without Renewal

If you cancel before renewal, your account will seamlessly transition to the Free plan after expiration. No data is lost, but you will be subject to Free tier limitations.

4. Payment Disputes

4.1 Contact Support First

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, please contact our support team at hello@commentpulse.com . We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.

4.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
